Protein Waffles with Fresh Fruit

Ingredients
- 1/2 c Pancake or Waffle Mix
- 1/3 c Water
- 1/2 scoop Protein Powder flavor of choice
- 1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 c Frozen Mixed Berries thawed
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron according to directions.
- In a small mixing bowl add the waffle mix and protein powder.
- Stir in the cold water until it makes a batter consistency.
- Spray the waffle iron with non stick cooking spray.
- Scoop batter into the waffle iron until just filled. Close the lid and cook according to the directions on the waffle maker.
- Remove from waffle iron when golden brown. Top with mixed berries and maple syrup.
